Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment at Southern Shade Beauty, you will need to make a deposit of $20 at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. The deposit ensures that your slot is reserved and that we can provide you with the best possible service. Without a deposit, appointments cannot be confirmed.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to be fair to both myself and other clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations/Rescheduling (with 24 hours’ notice): If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment or retained as a credit for future use within reason.

• Late Cancellations/No-Shows (less than 24 hours notice): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. After 3 cancellations or no shows, you will no longer be able to book with Southern Shade Beauty.
